MoveEnerCab is a dedicated platform for portable energy storage solutions. We specialize in the sale, customization, and distribution of portable power stations, LiFePO4 battery packs, and off-grid solar storage systems. Our core battery technology is supplied through a strategic partnership with GEM Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 002340).

1.2 Website Use
All content on this website—including product specifications, images, logos, and text—is the property of MoveEnerCab or our partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. We reserve the right to modify product specifications and pricing without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

1.3 Inquiries & Orders
All purchase inquiries are handled via email at info@moveenercab.com. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding order. A formal proforma invoice will be issued for confirmation before production or shipment begins.

1.4 Custom & OEM Orders
Custom battery cabinets and OEM solutions are produced according to mutually agreed specifications. Technical drawings and sample approvals will be confirmed in writing before mass production. Cancellation of custom orders after production has commenced may incur charges for materials and labor already expended.

2. Shipping & Logistics Policy

2.1 Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made FOB Shenzhen. The buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, and any import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.

2.2 Processing Time

Standard products: 7–15 business days from order confirmation.
Custom/OEM orders: 20–45 business days, depending on complexity and quantity.

2.3 Carrier & Tracking
We work with reliable international freight forwarders. Tracking numbers will be provided once the shipment is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

2.4 Packaging
All products are packed in reinforced export-grade cartons or wooden crates, with moisture-proof protection. Any damage visible upon delivery must be noted on the carrier's receipt and reported to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

3. Warranty Policy

3.1 Warranty Coverage
MoveEnerCab warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

3.2 What Is Covered
Defects in battery cells, BMS circuit boards, inverters, and housing materials that arise under normal use within the warranty period.

3.3 What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
Damage from exposure to water beyond the product's IP rating, fire, or extreme temperatures outside the specified operating range.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable components.
Products with serial numbers removed or altered.
Damage resulting from use with incompatible third-party equipment.

3.4 Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@moveenercab.com with:

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Description of the fault.
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

We will evaluate your claim within 2 business days and, if approved, provide a repair, replacement, or pro-rata refund at our discretion.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Returns
If a product arrives damaged or is materially different from the agreed specifications, you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4.2 Conditions for Return

The product must be in its original packaging and condition, with all accessories.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Custom-made products (including OEM/ODM orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they do not conform to the mutually agreed specifications.

4.3 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.4 Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your account and contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
